Class Description


Yoga 1 - For people new to Yoga and returning students who continue to work on the fundamentals of a healthy Yoga practice.

Yoga 1/2 - For returning students who are ready for sun salutations and more intermediate Yoga poses. There may be some inversion preparations.

Yoga 2 - For 1/2 students interested in advancing their practice. Inversion preparations and more advanced poses included.
